How we work
Evidence before action. We look at what a page, a campaign or a finding actually shows before we act on it, and we measure what something earns today before we recommend changing it. That order matters more to us than moving quickly.
The four steps
Baseline
Before anything changes, we measure where you stand: what your pages earn, what your campaigns return, what an outsider can see about your systems. The baseline is the yardstick every later claim is checked against.
Plan
Priorities are chosen by expected impact, and every proposal carries both sides of the ledger: what we expect to gain and what we could put at risk. If we cannot show you the number behind a recommendation, we do not make it.
Execute
Work is checked before it ships. Nothing touches your live site, publishes in your name or spends your money without your explicit sign-off.
Report
Every month you get a plain-English report on what changed, why it matters and what happens next. Every figure in it is checked against its source before it reaches you.
Our guarantees
We price the downside, not just the upside
We measure what a page currently earns before we recommend changing it. A proposal that only counts what a change might gain, and never what it might cost, is not a full proposal.
We read the asset, not the label
We open and read the actual page, rendered as a visitor would see it, before we describe it or make a claim about it. We do not infer what something is from its name.
No scan without a signed scope letter
A security check does not touch a client asset before a scope letter is signed and filed. External and non-intrusive only, in scope only, never authenticated, never exploitative.
We do not invent proof
No fabricated clients, logos, testimonials, metrics or case studies. Every number on this site comes from real work and is checked against its source before it is published.
We check what a metric actually spans
A conversion rate, a click share or a ranking is only meaningful if the numerator can come from the denominator. We check what feeds every figure before we compute anything from it.
A young agency, honestly
SimpliDigital is a young UK agency, and we would rather be straight about that than dress it up. The results on this site are real, drawn from real engagements, and anonymised to protect the businesses involved. There are fewer of them than an established agency would show, and every one of them is true.
What you get from working with an agency at our stage: senior attention on your account rather than a junior with a checklist, prices published in the open, and a method you can hold us to. If a claim on this site is not backed by something we have actually done, it should not be here. Tell us if you find one.
