Privacy

Privacy, in plain English

We keep this short and in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we’ll explain.

What the contact form collects, and why

When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, your business or organisation, your email address, your website (if you gave one), what you’re interested in, and anything else you chose to tell us. We use it for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and, if you asked for it, to prepare your free check.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to help you. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it. Your details stay with us: they are never sold and never shared.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics runs without cookies and collects no personal data, so it is always on. Google Analytics uses Google’s Consent Mode: until you say yes to the cookie banner it stays in a cookieless mode that sets no analytics cookies and stores nothing on your device. Only when you accept does it set its analytics cookie, and you can change your mind at any time.

Asking us to delete your details

Email [email protected] and ask, and we’ll delete what we hold about you. No forms, no fuss.
