Privacy, plainly

No legal maze. This is what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 24 July 2026.

Who we are

SimpliDigital is a UK digital marketing agency. This site is simplidigital.co.uk, and this notice explains what happens to information about you when you use it. Questions to hello@simplidigital.co.uk.

The contact form

If you send us an enquiry, the details you type (name, email, company, service of interest, budget range and your message) are delivered to our inbox so we can reply. We use them to answer you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with anyone.

Analytics, only if you say yes

We ask before measuring anything. If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, with IP anonymisation switched on. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics code loads at all and no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the footer.

Hosting

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes visitor connection data (such as IP addresses) as a technical necessity to deliver the site securely. We do not use that data to identify you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to our using it. For anything you have sent us, one email to hello@simplidigital.co.uk does it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have got something wrong.

Anything unclear? Write to hello@simplidigital.co.uk and a person will answer.
